The kitchenette flows into the living room which flows into the bedroom. Its has a private 3\4 bathroom. We are between the towns of Jaffrey and Peterborough. Beautiful view of Mt. Monadnock. Very private acres. We love to meet and greet our guest interact, but will respect their privacy. There is hiking, shopping and great dining.

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard.
