Come explore the Historic Wykoff Jail Haus. The Jail Haus was built the late 1800’s and is owned by the city of Wykoff. Bike trails, trout fishing, Forestville State park, and cave exploration. Centrally located in Chatfield - about 20 minutes to Rochester and a stones-throw to many great Root River adventure areas! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

This is a quiet main floor apartment (491 sq. ft.) in a 4-plex located 1 mile from Mayo. It has a all of the cooking necessities needed to make your own meals. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. This unit is in an older house with radiator heat and a big front porch. The floors are squeaky in a few places. Since it is a 4plex you will hear some sounds from other guests but it is generally quiet. There is parking behind the house and a washer and dryer in the basement available to guests.
