We are a 10-min drive to town & close to many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, rafting, & fishing. Beautiful and luxurious mountain modern home with 3 Bed/2.5 bath in the heart of the Rockies. Our location makes for a perfect home base while exploring the abundance of nearby alpine/cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, hiking, fishing, gold panning, mountain biking, ATV trails, hunting, and so much more. The greatest thing about the location of the cabin is the central location to so many different directions you can go in and the endless possibilities of activities and attractions.

The Historic Ranch House

We have intentionally tried to preserve as much of the ranch house as possible while still updating the house to today’s standards. The most notable piece of history is the Monarch cook stove in the kitchen, the doorways and doors that are not as tall as today’s standards, the original wood floor in the master bedroom and original moulding around some of the doors. The house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with all the amenities from home. We hope you enjoy our little piece of ranch history!

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.
