The Coler room is our master - full private bath, queen bed, makeup vanity, 2 showers, TV, and massaging recliner. The Kessler and Hobbs rooms are the 2 guest rooms of the home with access to a full bath via shared hallway. Each room is equipped with a full bed, closet, and TV. Full Kitchen, full utility, living and dining rooms also.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guesthouse. 10 minutes from Downtown Bentonville, with easy access to Hwy 49, Sam’s Club, NWACC and all that NWA has to offer! This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen futon bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. The home has extras for your furry friends, such as, treats, wipes, potty bags, etc. The community features 2 dog parks and a small walking path. Close by to many museums, great restaurants, walking and mountain bike trails, and lots of entertainment.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Our Small Escape awaits 2 - 4 people looking to relax & reconnect in our bright & airy space, featuring a 20 ft wall of windows. We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub (open year-round), or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.
