Have fun with the whole family or group of friends in our quirky house. A 700 meter walk from the house is free parking located. As well as paid parking right in front for €26 a day. The house is a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly €20 Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals great food and cozy atmosphere

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. Gebouwd als een pakhuis in 1600, is het nu een zeer ruime suite op de begane grond (85m2) midden in het historisch centrum. Zeer geschikt voor gezinnen. Ale restaurants, bars, winkels, bioscopen, theater, poppodium, concertgebouw, musea, markten en bootverhuur op loopafstand. Ontbijt op aanvraag (€ 19,50 per persoon). Geserveerd in het appartement tussen 8.00 - 10.00 uur. Honden zijn welkom (€45 per verblijf) Een baby bedje en kinderstoel op aanvraag.
