This listing is for a total of 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bath, it includes use to the kitchen and living areas as well as the outdoor amenities. I have built ourself an apartment in the basement which is where we reside and enter through a separate entrance. The rental is for the upper two levels of the home, which includes all the amenities.
