The Carriage House, distinctive lodging

There is no other house like the carriage house, it is distinctive, we have a large yard, very close to town, right nextdoor to the Crescent hotel, dead end street, large open floor plan, pool table, fireplace, central heat and air, sleeps up to 6 people. The stairs going to the upstairs are wood and steep. We accept pets,the pet fee is 150.00 per pet, please contact me for anything additional. The rate is a base rate of 185 for 2 and 25 for each additional person.

Located on a 10-acre farmstead, Mulberry Cottage at The Woods & Hollow is a Eureka Springs must for the solo traveler or couple. Don't be fooled by its quaint size, the space comes with a chef's kitchen, bathroom with rainfall shower, and washer/dryer. Relax in the hot tub, snuggle up in the upstairs nook with a book or the Smart TV, or greet a chicken! Downtown is conveniently located just 6 minutes away. In addition, it offers a fire pit completely surrounded by nature, a grill, a two person hot tub and outdoor games. The living room features a large sofa, a smart tv, and a dvd library.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. King bed, over sized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. We are pet and family friendly!!! Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.
