There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. We have a key safe to let your self in but am available for any help needed Seacliff Beach is renowned for activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and fishing. The apartment is walking distance to local trains and buses, that can take you into the CBD, to Jetty road Glenelg and Westfield Marion shopping centre. Local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance Our beach is wonderful for swimming, windsurfing ,kayaking , fishing and you can hire a standup paddle board right across the road

Stay in our spacious loft. NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private ( this is our residence, we live here). Views to the sea and city. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Not suitable for children.
