ORV trails just down the road! You'll be more than comfortable in this up to date modern 3 bedroom home, with fully equipped kitchen, laundry on site, and 1 and a half sparkling clean bathrooms! Yooper Delights Baking Co. is now a family style home with beds for 7 ppl, a large, fully stocked kitchen, Scandinavian cottage design with 2 sleeping lofts plus a queen sleeper on main level, oak dining table for 8, Swedish gas fireplace, patio doors to back yard with firepit, gas grill & relaxing patio for outdoor dining & watching our visiting deer! We are located 2 miles from town, on outskirts, semi rural & peaceful , close to trails & Lake Superior!

Phelps Seclusion

Private setting in the woods close to Phelps. Great for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing, and snow shoeing or just hanging out with friends and family. A full bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size bunk beds sleeps 8. Pets welcome, especially hunting dogs. A circle driveway that accommodates 2 or more boat or snowmobile trailers. We even had a trucker with a 53 foot trailer park here.

Whitley House

Get away from it all! Step back and enjoy nature at its finest. The Whitley house is furnished with all the essentials plus some and if you have a special request or need we do everything we can to try to accommodate you. 10 mins from Lake Gogebic County Park and many other fishing spots. A short drive to the Porcupine Mountains and directly off the ATV/snowmobile trail that runs through Marenisco.

Full condo with one queen bed in the bedroom and pull out couch in the living area. Can sleep 4 comfortably. You also have access to a full kitchen. Enjoy Snow River Ski Resort and snowmobile trails just yards away from the property in the winter or hiking the porcupine mountains and other outdoor activities in the summer! We kindly ask for no pets at this time.
