The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.
