Dune Shack. Great views & close to the beach

The Dune Shack is a classic Venus Bay Beach House, perched high on the Dunes. The Shack is perfect for unwinding and watching the clouds, birds and kangaroos move across the landscape. The Shack is a 5min walk to the Village Shops, 15min walk to a Patrolled Beach and only 45min drive to Wilsons Promontory. Y Knot Inverloch- Dog Friendly

Enjoy your stay in this uniquely designed house incorporating many features purpose built for your comfort. This self contained downstairs area in a brand new house has all amenities, ideal for couples, family/friends who appreciate quality and style in a serene setting. This quiet location has a well kept grass reserve, providing a short walk through to the inlet beach and shared pathways. Enjoy the NE aspect with rooms designed to give you "Bush feel" with the occasional kangaroo passing thru.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

The Cape Original Seasider

Original updated 1970s beach house in the Cape. Glimpses of ocean from the large entertaining space on the beach deck. 300 m to the popular Bay Beach and rock pools. Bright open plan interior with a cosy fire. BBQ on the north facing deck. A relaxed getaway all year round, sleeps 8 across 2 levels with 2 bathrooms. An additional fourth bedroom with 2 bunks is disconnected from the main house. Large securely fenced yard to kick a ball, bounce on the tramp or run with your four legged friends.

Just 2 hours from Melbourne, a beautiful sustainable house situated in the stunning Cape Eco village; Banksia Bliss is the ultimate beach getaway. The award-winning house is just a short walk through community gardens to the popular beaches of Cape Paterson (700m). The local pub is also a short stroll away. The Eco village has fantastic paths for walking and cycling, pickleball courts, and a great playground for kids. Be prepared to encounter native wildlife such as kangaroos and echidnas.

Twin Palms Inverloch

Enjoy a relaxing break in this renovated 60s style beach shack! The yard is kid-and-pet friendly, have some fun with a putt of mini golf on the fake turf area and let your dog roam around the gardens. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out! The bathroom is modern and features a large bath, and the beds are comfy and made with fresh linen.

Sol House, Kilcunda

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Beautiful views ever changing from the 1 bedroom apartment in a complex with other apartments. Quiet location and 10 min walk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
