A kitchen set provides extra seating or eating space perfect for hosting a home cooked meal prepared in your private kitchen. A comfortable sleeper sectional allows for extra sleeping or relaxation accommodations. Unpack your suitcases into a spacious dresser or large closet to make your stay as simple as it is sunny. A set of soft sheets and cozy quilt in a queen bed plus a full-over-full bunk bed allow for a comfortable spot to lay your head when the day is done. Outside, opt to lounge luxuriously around the in-ground pool or soak up some rays on our second-floor terrace. Bright and light loungers, side chairs and comfy couches provide optimal seating options throughout the pool and patio areas. Picnic tables around back make the perfect lunch setting after a long day in the sun. Parking on-site allows for easy access to your vehicle for loading and unloading purposes. Enjoy the large in-ground pool, huge jetted spa/hot tub and Himalayan salt sauna. 10 minutes to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, just minutes from a wide array of great dining and 130 outlet stores, a short hop to Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes, Dewey beach and much more. The Homestead B&B - Sunflower Room

The Homestead B&B is a traditional Adults Only B&B and situated on two beautifully manicured acres. We are centrally located to Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, State Parks, and Outlet Shopping. This guest room is the largest of our guest rooms and is located on the second floor of the Main House. It features a king size bed, private in-suite bath and vaulted ceilings. A full American breakfast is served each morning. Please advise in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

Fully renovated condo with new high-end furnishings. 1 Block from the beach! This shore condo is perfectly located across the street from Icona & Windrift, SH outdoor rec center and minutes from shopping & dining. Location, Location, best in town. Walk to nightlife, restaurants, and boardwalk, from this modern second floor suite. Contains 2 queen beds, large bath, and kitchenette for all the comforts of home. We require a cash security deposit for 3 or more guests or anyone under 35 or at check-in. It will be returned at check-out if there are no damages inside or outside of unit, all trash is removed linens are not ruined and the unit is left in the same condition as when you check-in
