We supply all linens, guests bring beach towels. One Q bed, one Q sleeper couch and twin futon on the enclosed porch. There is a h/c shower, your own picnic table, gas grill. Our home is completely renovated and an uncluttered sanctuary. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, 2 bedrooms and living/dining space. The lower level has a bedroom, 1/2 bath, and sitting room with a TV. From this space you walk out to our private yard which has an outdoor shower, fire pit and dining table and chairs. We are a 5 minute walk to private Manomet Beach which sits on a spectacular bluff.
