Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces. Outside enjoy field views and meet our lovely animals.

Also NEW bed linens and towels have arrived to our 2 double bedrooms on the first floor and the 3rd bedroom on the ground floor. All can be Superking doubles or single beds.
