C'est pourquoi nous y avons gardé des briques d'origines, de plus comme vous pourrez le constater la décoration est volontairement faite de matériaux bruts afin de rappeler le passé artisanal du lieu. El apartamento forma parte de una antigua fábrica de moldes para pasteles que data de 1920. Parte de ella se ha convertido en un espacio de coworking y una parte en la vivienda.
