Easy on off of NLEX Balagtas exit, 25 minutes to Philippine Arena, 10mins to DPWH, walking dist. to S&R, 10mins to Robinson's Mall by car. 2 cars free parking, keypad entry. Study table, TV, AC in bedroom upstairs with full size bed for 2, bedrm downstairs has a bunkbed with a fan on each. Ceiling fan in living room, larger fridge, shower heater, elec. stove & utensils.
