You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. Get away from the city and come wind down on our 5 acre property just a 3 minute drive to the clear cool waters of the Llano River. The Floating Rock Cabin has everything you need; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a bathroom and shower, an outdoor shower, and Netflix. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. Located a short distance from Brady, this property offers paved access from the Brady Lake Road and includes a paved walking path for bird watching, as well as picturesque Texas sunsets. Property owners are located in an adjacent house should any problems arise during your stay.

Stay with us on the historic Land Ranch. Stewarded by a single family since 1902, this ranch continues to raise livestock and faithfully steward our natural resources. We aren’t pros and this place is rough around the edges, but that’s how we like it. Around here, there is tons to do and see if you are willing explore. Come join us under the stars!
