Twain Harte has a golf course, Disc golf course, tennis & pickle ball, mini golf course & more.

BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. The pied-a-terre is a 5 minute ramble from Main Street and all of its offerings. Park when you arrive and you won't need your car again until you depart (drink responsibly). This space is perfect for 2 people looking to enjoy the wine, food, and charm that Murphys offers- all on foot- but also offers a retreat from the noise at the end of the day as it is tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Because our street is tranquil, if you are a loud & rowdy explorer (partier) this refuge is not for you.

The fall colors are spectacular for a hike up scenic Highway 88! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)
