Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located village home in the heart of the Exe Valley. 1 Allocated parking space, plus parking in village square. Short distance (7 miles) to Exeter & Tiverton. Exmoor & Dartmoor (45 mins drive). Travel cot available charge of £20 (incl, bedding and linen) High chair available. Tea selection, coffee, cereals, bread, milk, (non dairy powder alternative) butter, bacon, eggs , jams, all provided. Please notify of any dietary restrictions in advance.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Posh Shed

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of Bradninch. Self contained detached building with private parking, large open planned space with kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor area. 7 minutes from Junction 28 M5 junction and 20 minutes from Exeter. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

The Nook

A cosy, quaint and compact self-contained mini-cottage. The Nook has been recently renovated and is well equipped. It is in a tucked away location yet very close to the centre of Cullompton and amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants, bus routes and only a few minutes drive from the motorway. Only 5 mins drive from Upton Barn Wedding Venue! There is also easy access to the East Devon coastline, Dartmoor, Exmoor, East Devon AONB, Blackdown Hills, Exeter and much more.

West Farleigh Log Cabin

This unique rustic Log Cabin is the perfect place to get away from everyday life. Within the property there is a large open-plan kitchen/living area with bifold doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the living space you'll find yourself in the cosy bedroom with a super king size bed. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub, sun loungers, BBQ and fully fenced garden. After a day’s adventures what could be nicer than stargazing from the hot tub.

The Cider Barn - a perfect place for two

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden for bbqs.

It is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the real countryside with its stunning far reaching views over the fields and beyond. This delightful renovated former barn has retained all its character with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and offers a luxury self-contained self-catering retreat for 2 people.

Private Annexe. Rural, peaceful and dog friendly

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.
