Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. One bedroom house with king bed and two roll-away beds available upon request -for a fee-, insert # of guests for rates. There is an electric coffee maker, large refrigerator and all basic necessities in the kitchen. Enjoy sunrises from the view deck and unwind in the rocking chairs. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are provided. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. Night rate is for 2 guests. Only one A/C can be ON at a time, and it can be on for a maximum of 16 hours per day.

We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. There’s a pool/hot tub and a fire pit for the complex. The area of east cape Baja is known for crystal blue waters and Cabo Pulmo National Park is just 30 min by car.
