We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Beautiful Studio in Chico

Spacious 500sq. ft. guest unit with separate entrance located above a garage. It has an open concept room with queen bed, sofa with pull out full bed, kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 electric burners, microwave and Keurig. The space has a tv with Wi-Fi and lots of amenities that make for a comfortable stay. A big bathroom with tub and shower completes the space. No smoking or pets in the suite. Centrally located within a few minutes of downtown, the college, Lower and Upper Bidwell Park.

Upper Park Oasis

A truly wonderful location! The perfect balance of modern-day comforts and proximity to the great outdoors. This is a clean, relaxing, and comfortable private suite with a luxurious bathroom and an abundance of nearby activities. The space has its own entrance and outdoor patio complete with a custom waterfall, and is steps from beautiful Wildwood Park located at the edge of both Upper and Lower Bidwell Park, where you can spend time hiking, swimming, biking, or watching a beautiful sunset.

Stay in the country 15 min. from Chico. 360 sq. ft. apartment with separate entrance, connected to my home. Quiet and peaceful, but you'll hear roosters in the morning! One small bedroom with Queen bed. Common area has day bed, large comfortable recliner, TV (with Netflix), work space, and kitchenette. Outside deck with gas grill. Free parking. Pets ok: please discuss first. A pet fee is charged. Ideal for 1 or 2 adults, but could accommodate 1 or 2 kids as well. No more than 2 adults.
