Welcome to the private main level of my home! The connected living room, dining area, and kitchen create a cohesive space for family, friends, or colleagues. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and there are two dedicated workspaces for remote work. Other amenities include a deck, jetted tub and washer and dryer! There is a separate rental in the daylight basement. Door to downstairs is locked on both sides and soundproofed.

Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

Our home is in the quaint historic Fairmount Hills Neighborhood. This loft is great for business travelers, couples, and solo adventurers. We are close to Downtown, Bush Park, Salem Hospital, Willamette University, and Convention Center. We are also a great home base for exploring wineries and other communities. Our neighborhood is a safe place to walk and explore and our property has security cameras to enhance your safety.

The Garage

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
