Tall Moon Cabin

Welcome to Tall Moon Timber House! Our beautiful 2-level cabin is located in Danbury, Wisconsin. Relax in our 4 bed, 1 bath cabin nestled within Voyager Village. This gives our guests access to the golf course, beaches, indoor swimming pool*, bocce ball, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, and other recreational activities! All of this and just 2 hours outside the Twin Cities. Please see the amenities section below for a full list. *Closed in early January for annual maintenance

The Cardinal Cabin

Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!

Peaceful Cabin Retreat with Sauna and Wildlife

Big Doc Cabin is a cozy 2 bed, 2 bath, 1200 square foot 4 season cabin nestled on 25 acres at the end of a private road. It is perfect for a small family or group of friends. It has classic north woods cabin décor, beautiful views of Big Doctor Lake and the surrounding woods make it the perfect cabin getaway. The cabin includes a barrel sauna. Plenty of outside space for family activities. Golf courses, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, biking, hiking, and snowmobile trails are nearby.

Miles of fantastic trails- close to Gandy Dancer (winter for snowmobiling and summer/spring or fall for ATV’s!

Off Grid Lakeside Yurt

Welcome to our lakeside yurt! This yurt is on 24 acres of private land with thousands of acres of public land connected. This site overlooks the lake which is wonderful for exploring, we do offer a canoe with booking. We provide basic lighting, wood stove, fire wood, a hand pump well in walking distance, an outhouse, and a wood fired cast iron hot tub. We are always happy to answer questions and lend a hand. We know this area really well and can offer suggestions and guidance.

We have a great selection of games, books and movies to snuggle up with in front of our warm fireplace. Bring your snowmobiles, ATVs and ice fishing gear as we are close to the Gandy Dancer Trails and our beautiful river flows to two lakes for great fishing - end at our bonfire pit to roast S'mores and swap stories!
