The room is perfect - a break in style is not even possible. You'll see! The Dining Area - Fantastic & Surprising The large dining table with a tree edge finish stands securely on black 'U' legs. But it has to, because this is going to be your new favorite spot. The large skylight breaks up the gorgeous tent ceiling and lets in plenty of light. This is aided by the ten small dwarf windows that surround the bay-shaped dining area on three sides. This part of the room also has an absolutely timeless flair, where the impossible seems possible. Be sure to check out the treasures of the fire hydrant on a regular basis (please open carefully) - it will certainly not be to your detriment. The sleeping area - single & double The separate sleeping area completes the furnishings of the first room. Two comfortable box-spring beds invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The Living/Dining Area - Bright & Friendly - Stylish & Comfortable The second guest room is less enchanted, but just as comfortable. The large windows let in plenty of daylight even when the sky is overcast, and - especially on gray days - give you the feeling of being high up on a cloud. If you prefer something a little more realistic, you can keep up with what's going on with us little earthlings on the big Samsung Smart TV, thanks to free Wi-Fi. And if things get too hot, the built-in air conditioning will cool you down quickly. The beautiful white sofa is the perfect place to watch TV, read or just relax. The dining set with a high table and four large stools is the perfect addition to the room. Just watching the light play on the wood can lead to the most amazing discoveries. You really have to try it :-) Now we come to one of the undisputed highlights: The Sleeping Area - Perfect & Irresistible This wonderfully comfortable box spring bed is 1.60 meters wide and offers the ultimate feel-good experience. The sight alone is so inviting that it's hard not to jump right in. The alcove adds to the inviting character. But it really comes into its own when someone else is cooking. Make yourself comfortable with a delicious drink and keep the chef company. And if you like your food spicy, don't hesitate to give them some good advice :-). Hier findest du Ruhe und Komfort, nur wenige Schritte entfernt von der lebhaften Karl-Heine-Straße. Genieße die Nähe zu gemütlichen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Parks und den Arenen. Entdecke die malerischen Wege am Karl-Heine-Kanal und erlebe Leipzig von seinen besten Seiten. In 10-15 Minuten bist Du im Zentrum und am Hauptbahnhof.

Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarere Nähe. Das neue Bauhausmuseum und der beliebte Weimarhallenpark ist fußläufig ca. 10 Min entfernt.

Das Apartment ist ca 40 qm groß und ist in der Nähe von Nachtleben, öffentlicher Verkehr, Parks und Stadtzentrum. Es gibt nette Leute, ein komfortables Bett, eine vollausgestattete Küche, Ruhe und eine schöne Umgebung. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Kinder, 2-3 Personen. Für mehr als 2 Erwachsene ist es zu klein!!! Ein Babybett ggf verfügbar, bitte fragen. TV, Kaffeemaschine, Nesspressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Fön, Bügelbrett und -eisen. Wlan kann genutzt werden!
