Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Härligt litet hus med havsutsikt och nära till bad

Vårt fina gästhus har en av västkustens finaste utsikter över havet och öarna. Nybyggt och luftigt med högt i tak. Gästhuset finns i en egen del av trädgården i ett fridfullt område precis nere vid havet. Toalett, dusch, fullt utrustat kök med induktionshäll och varmluftsugn, kyl, diskmaskin och del av frysbox. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i badrummet. Sänglinnen och handdukar ingår. Utemöbler både på "bryggan" och på läsidan. Bara 130 m promenad över hällarna ner till havet och badplatsen!

Boende vid Kattegattleden

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende vid Kattegatt cykelled med egen ingång, eget badrum och balkong i väster mot lövskog. Boendet ligger ca 1 km från vacker cykel/promenadväg längs havet till Stråvalla strand/badplats (ca 3 km) med kiosk(sommartid), lekplats, parkering och stor separat djurstrand. Boendet har kyl, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare, brödrost, porslin etc. (ej spis). Disk lämnas till värden. Babysäng (0- 3år) och babystol ordnas vid förfrågan.

Attefallshuset, Lesses Gård

Ett arkitekt-projekt byggt 2021 med återbrukat byggmaterial i vår vildvuxet blommande trädgård. Stugan är fullt utrustad. Bäddsoffa och sovloft med stege (inget räcke!) Tvättmaskin, elbilsladdare och cyklar kan lånas gratis i huset bredvid, där vi bor. Havsutsikt mot Båtafjorden/Bua i söder och i väster strålande vy mot kärnkraftverket Ringhals. 50 m till busshållplats, 100 m till utegym och löpstig, 1 km till bad. Meddela om ni vill ta med egna lakan för 200 SEK rabatt. Städning ingår ej.

Vid havet på Trönningenäs, Varberg

Fristående gästhus med havsutsikt på Trönningenäs (Norra Näs) utmed kusten 7 km norr om Varberg. 8 km från E6, avfart 55. Huset är fullt utrustat och har 4 bäddplatser. Här bor du nära havet med badstrand (400 m) och strövområden utmed kust och i skog. Populär plats för vindsurfing. - Varbergs centrum (7 km) når ni på 15 min med bil, 30 min med cykel. Cykelleden Kattegattsleden går 2 km från huset. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Göteborg /Liseberg nöjesfält, 75 km. Tåg från Vbg C, 40 min.

Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). An extra bed and baby-cot are available. Private, quiet, absolutely top location with uninterrupted sea views and 150 m to the bathing cape.

Ett nyinrett Attefallshus med kök, utbygg matplats, badrum, fyra sängplatser lämpliga för två vuxna och två barn samt altan med härlig havsutsikt. Bua Strand är ett unikt område med högt naturvärde och fina promenadstigar både i skogen och på stranden. Det finns en stig upp till motionsslinga och tre kluriga promenadstigar vid klipporna som är märkta i olika färger. Det är promenadavstånd till flera badvikar o klippor. Det är tyst o lugnt och husen smälter fint in i naturen.
