Bring the whole family or enjoy the space to yourself. The “Main House” in Andover, Kansas is a cozy, great place with lots of room for everyone. This home was completely renovated in 2024 and offers three bedrooms, two with plush queen beds and one with bunk beds (one full and two twin beds). The kitchen is stocked with plenty of items for cooking during your stay and there is laundry on site. Separate work space with desk and great lighting on site. Great, convenient location near turnpike.

We added a space to our home that could someday be an in-law suite, but for now it’s a hidden visitor’s getaway! Sitting on 2 acres in East Wichita, this an excellent location. With its own private entrance this space is attached but completely separated from the main home. You will have your own private suite. A perfect location for someone on the go or to just relax. Since we live on property we do host socials from time to time. If there are people around consider yourself invited!

Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.

Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.
