Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Plenty of local shopping and dining. No parties, no pets, no smoking, no unregistered guest without prior approval. Owners on the premises.

Just steps to the water, this 2 bedroom cottage has 180 degree lake views. Shallow waterfront area, family friendly, convenient to seafood shack and ice cream. One of 6 cottage condos, this place has the best views in the association. The waterfront area is shared with the other condos. The beach area is shallow and sandy. There is a day dock and swimming raft for sunning as the waves gently rock you. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchen, power boats not permitted by the association.

Limited access is available for kayak launch across the street or visit two town beaches within 1 mile of the house. Shackett store is just steps away serving fresh donuts and ice cream daily!

Cozy and homey lakefront cottage on Newfound lake in Bristol, NH which is the 3rd largest lake in New Hampshire. This cottage can house a max 4 guest-amenities include gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, Wi-Fi, TV, fireplace, gas grill and window A/C, screen porch and deck. There is 1 queen bed (private room) & 1 double bed (private area). Also 2 twin beds a loft area accessible by a ladder which is not intended for young children. Enjoy lakefront sunrise, sunsets, and beach time.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
