Brand New memory foam mattress. Comes with 2 bikes, beach equipment and a wonderful kitchen! Very Quiet! Lots of storage, very open and bright. Excellent balcony area to enjoy the breeze and views! Very nice pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Also have a outdoor shower area. The pool is not heated.
