Wifi with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple TV+ and other modern amenities while retaining its 1940's charm. The Cottage is in the same lot as a law office, which has complete office equipment. It is ideal for business travel, as well as personal stay. We encourage long-term rentals of the furnished property.

We are renting a private studio attached to our house - with it's own private entrance and en-suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed and a custom made Cypress work desk. Our home is a historic 1910s New Orleans home with all original hardwood and features - including a wrap around porch. Centrally located in Broadmoor, you have access to most of the city in 15 min or less.
