This cozy Cookie House is centrally located in downtown Breckenridge, only one mile away from Main Street- far enough from town for peace and quiet, but only a short walk to Main Street and the gondola. Additionally, the free local bus stop is just up the street. With great access to town and plenty of trails just out the back door, The Cookie House is the perfect way to experience life in Breckenridge- plus, it comes with homemade, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! Mi Casa (best happy hour in Breck) and a ski/bike shop are located in the building. **The fireplace is closed and not available for use after 4/1/2025**
