Hang Five is a comfortable and spacious one bedroom annexe attached to our family home in Braunton, 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village. NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS The bedroom has an en-suite shower room and seperate lounge with kitchenette and dining area. Braunton hosts a fantastic selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, takeaways and a range of local shops. It's the gateway to North Devon's famous surfing beaches, with Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe 10-20 minutes drive.

Warm and cosy with underfloor heating, this delightful studio is situated in a private lane just one minute’s walk from The Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows Biosphere and a 10 min walk to centre of Braunton. Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Broadeford Barn is a lovely spacious barn conversion close to the beautiful north Devon coast and excellently located for guests to enjoy the exceptional beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.

There is a luxurious king-size bed, Large TV, dining table, sofa and a large walk in en-suite shower. The Kitchen area has a sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher & a small fridge freezer. Outside there is a private seating area with table and chairs for you to enjoy a chilled start to your day and a relaxing end to it.

This is a newly decorated, spacious, clean, modern room with its own private entrance through patio doors. A luxurious double bed, wall mounted smart TV and plenty of drawers and hanging space, coupled with a comfortable sitting area including 2 chairs, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge make this an ideal base for your visit to North Devon. A large en-suite wet room adds to the relaxed and quiet atmosphere of ‘Rue Paul Bert’ which is close to the centre of the village.
