The property is conveniently positioned just 10 mins walk to the beach which is accessed via a well-maintained wide and level footpath through the green and peaceful valley which opens up to reveal the beautiful beach. The beach is also home to the welcoming Sea Shanty café with a small shop for essentials. Opposite the property is the Masons Arms, a well-regarded pub serving excellent food and local beers.

Our charmingly furnished self catering holiday accommodation sleeps up to 4 people in comfort. Situated in Branscombe village square, close to the local real ale and food pub and a short walk from the beautiful unspoilt beach at Branscombe mouth. During this difficult time my caretaker will be wiping down all hard surfaces thoroughly with anti bacterial disinfectant between guests. The apartment is situated in an area of Devon with many walks where it will be safe to reduce social interaction.

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.
