Uniquely designed. We have 6 units which are 2 bedroom & self contained. They all wrap around the great large deck which flows onto the covered communal BBQ area which overlooks the tranquillity of the inlet and our private jetty. Each unit offers a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area. There is a communal laundry with a coin operated washing machine & dryer. There is off street car parking. Our Property is 1 1/4 acres providing a safe, great play area for the children.

Each villa is a spacious family friendly 3-bedroom ensuite villa with double garage and all the comforts of home but a coastal address. Villa 5 is one of four villas spread across two levels which enjoy sneaky views to either Pigeon House Mountain or the ocean. Su-Jo is pet friendly (clarification, dog friendly) and this villa is dog friendly with a private enclosed garden.

Well appointed & self contained, visitors are able to live independently while away from home - popular with short and long stay guests. Shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs and town amenities are within easy walking distance. The residence can accommodate a range of guest requirements. Parking for 1 car and WiFi are free.

Our Two Bedroom Seaview Beach House sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the main bedroom and two bunks in the second bedroom, as well as a bathroom, large open-plan living area, kitchen, and large private deck with BBQ.

Mollymook Memories Villa

Relax with family and friends just minutes to Mollymook Beach and Golf Course. Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels. Linen hire is available, please contact South Coast Linen Hire for assistance.
