We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. Tucked upstairs in this century old home is a peaceful 2 bedroom apartment to relax, unwind and enjoy a bit of get away . Your apartment will have a private entrance and on street parking. You are welcome to enjoy the firepit and outside eating on the shared deck. Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. Located 1/2 mile from the World Equestrian Center and 3 miles from Wilmington with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!
