Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our cozy space offers the perfect home away from home. Get the best of both worlds by staying in a peaceful neighborhood that is a quick drive from the airport and to many local attractions and restaurants. Whatever your adventure (mountains, night out in downtown Salt Lake, shopping, restaurants, etc.) we are close to it all.

Come stay in our family friendly, roomy, extremely entertaining 2 bedroom, 2 level basement apartment! Our play room, slide, swings, and back yard are exactly what your family needs. We have 2 parks and a bike trail right out the door to your space. It is the perfect place for rest or play. Whichever your vacation calls for (probably both at times)! We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

Come and relax in this brand new basement apartment. Amazing lights and high ceilings will make you forget you are in a basement. Enjoy a full kitchen and comfortable furniture. We do live upstairs and we do have an active family but we do our best to never interfere with your goings on. Yes, there might be some piano practice and some running around of normal life above you, but we do work hard to live by all the quiet hours and rules we ask our guests to live by. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space NO cleaning fees! The low price for a night is 1 person stays are most common here. Super quiet and clean space. This is a contactless stay. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
