Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Situated half a mile from the Trans Pennine Trail, 2 miles from Penistone town centre, and 7 miles from Holmfirth ("Last of the Summer Wine" country), we are the ideal base for exploring the beautiful countryside. We are also conveniently located for the M1 (6 miles) and just 4 miles away from the A628 Woodhead Pass to Manchester.
