The earthen hut, located amidst the cashew orchard, is a unique pioneer-style hut made of wood, mud, and coconut leaves, using completely sustainable materials. It features a curated open-hut design surrounded by lush greenery, offering guests a unique living experience. The hut includes a kitchen, a separate standalone bathroom, and a pebble-paved patio with seating areas for enjoying coffee! The best corner is the balcony, which offers the guest to witness the sunset, sunrise and stargazing.

It’s a peaceful place to unwind for the whole family, and to experience a sense of well being that comes from connecting to the luxuriant garden that is the unique setting of this home. It is within 15 minutes driving distance from Matri Mandir, Auroville, as well as from Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry, making it an ideal choice for the spiritual traveler. While the home itself has an intimate feel, the lush garden is spread over three acres, embellished with shrines, ponds, and pathways.

The flat is 50 meters from the seashore and about 500 meters from the Gandhi Statue, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, and many cafés and restaurants. Getting around is easy with autos, cab rentals, and scooter rentals nearby. We provide secure car parking, and being on the ground floor makes the unit convenient for senior citizens.
