The 2nd floor welcomes you with a brand new kitchen, large bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size sofa bed, bathroom and dining room. Enjoy your breakfast (or a glass of wine) on the balcony in the summer. Take the stairs to the third floor, where you will find a private giant master bedroom loft, complete with king size bed and 2 skylights for gazing at the starry sky. Lots of room for your cars! Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washer/dryer for your use. Large bathroom with bathtub. Dining room with table for 6. Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.

FYI: Sandbanks requires a reservation. Book 5 days ahead of visit to avoid disappointment! Perched on a hill with seasonal views of Picton Bay. 2 kms from downtown Picton. The living music room has an eclectic library of vinyl to be explored on a top notch stereo system. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your day's collections. A selection of books and novels available to peruse or chill on the front patio and watch the world go by. Sunsets and incredible sky views included!

Sandbanks provincial park with its beautiful beaches and sand dunes is just a 20 minute drive and you will have use of our park pass for those seeking long days on the beach.

Renovated historic stone farmhouse located about 6km from both Picton and Bloomfield. Relax in the hot tub, swim in the pool, lay in the hammock or enjoy a campfire under the stars. Over 2 acres of beautiful country views to explore. However, we are still close enough to the action that you can get to Bloomfield, Picton or some of the biggest wineries by bike. Ideal for couples and small group getaways. Hot tub is operational year round. Pool is open beginning of June - end of September.
