The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

Detached Barn in a beautiful 20 acre farm.

The Granite Barn is a detached barn conversion with 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and is close to the sea. It forms the focus of a traditional small farm, which has hardly changed since the 1950’s. The living area is upstairs to take advantage of the farm views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have either king size double beds or 2 single beds each. There is a private garden and open access to 20 acres of beautiful farmland.

Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage (sleeps 6), with rural views in Perranwell Station. Cart Shed Cottage is found on the outskirts of the village in a quiet, rural location. Converted to a high standard with guests in mind, it's the perfect place to enjoy a Cornish break. Enjoy glimpses of Devoran creek and spot whether the tide is in or out in distant views and step straight onto a network of footpaths which criss cross neighbouring farmland.
