Facing the sublime beauty of Tingalpa Reservoir, located along a quiet no-through road dotted with similarly executive homes, when you drive past the crest of that road, you have been transported to another world. Our Lake Cabin atop 8,524m² of land offers that magical sense of escape, yet has two major shopping centres, a host of quality amenities and public transport all within a few minutes’ drive. All in all, a private and very special peaceful resort living in a privileged lakeside locale.

Esplanade apartment

The area is two bedrooms plus a private bathroom and lounge area on the ground floor of our very quiet house which overlooks the bay. You have exclusive use of a large undercover patio with BBQ , which overlooks the garden. You also have 2 TV's, microwave, toaster, hot plates and jug. It is an ideal spot for walking along the foreshore. We are 15 mins walk from the train and 10 mins from the shops .(we do pick up and drop to train). We will do everything possible to make your stay a happy one.

'The Villa' recently renovated to a high modern standard is located in the Redland Bay area. A short walk to the local Birkdale shops, train station & bus routes. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.
