The Hard Times Inn is the trail-front property of your dreams! With direct access to 74 miles of trails right out your front door, this is the luxurious basecamp for anyone who wants to hike or mountain bike. Nestled inside the borders of the Bent Creek Experimental Forest (part of the stunning Pisgah National Forest) you'll be just minutes from downtown Asheville, but feel a world away. AVL Round House - only 6 miles West of downtown

This adorable round house sits on the West side of Asheville in a quiet neighborhood just on the outskirts of town. Convenient to I40, just 17 min from the airport, 13 min (6 miles) to downtown, 15 min to Biltmore, 15 min to UNCA, 17 min to the arboretum and 10 min to happening Haywood Rd. Clean, comfortable and stylishly funky with all new beds and mattresses, wifi, roku TV, a lovely porch for sitting and even small fire pit in back. There is also enough parking for 3 or 4 cars off street.

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.
