This home is perfect for you to relax and unwind after exploring everything Waco has to offer or if you would like to attend any of Baylor’s many functions. Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.

With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in.
