You will be staying at a cozy and fully renovated place that offers comfort at steps from the pool/ beach. You have a full ice machine to make margaritas all day in our custom bar. Our condo is equipped with NEW smart TVs in all rooms with rapid internet connection. We have many games, activities, books and beach toys in order to help you connect on your vacation and make the best of memories. The entire complex is filled with joy and relaxation, and it has everything to make you feel at home.

Bungalow Beachfront Condo

Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Direct beach access from pool area is open:)

This 1st floor condo in The Southwind condominium complex is the most convenient & efficient vacation rental in all of New Smyrna Beach! Unit #102 is under new ownership with new fresh decor & a calm cool color palette for an updated & relaxing stay.
