In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Die 80 m², helle Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung, im 2. Stock, liegt mitten in der Kurzone 1. Sie verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz finden Sie ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt an der Rupertus Therme. Für Ihre Fahrräder gibt es Platz in der Garage. Die Therme erreichen Sie in nur 4, das Stadtzentrum in etwa 7 Min. Falls Sie vor dem Check-in oder nach dem Check-out anreisen, können Sie Ihr Gepäck auf eigene Verantwortung bei uns im geschützten Kellerabgang abstellen.

Die 120m² Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für bis zu 6 Gäste buchbar und verfügt über 3 Schlafräume (2 davon mit Waschbecken im Zimmer), 2 Bäder (einmal Bad/WC, einmal Dusche/WC mit Waschmaschine), über eine geräumige große Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und noch einen zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kabel-TV. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer der Hauptwohnung ist klein aber fein!
