Inside amenities are brand new, including a Wi-fI dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer, microwave, wall-mounted swivel TV, and a ductless heat pump. A spacious bathroom has a glass shower, toilet, and vanity basin with large mirrors. There is a beautiful cedar deck with gas BBQ, railing, and two gates.

Newport Historic Bayfront & the Nye Beach District are 7 miles north, both packed with wonderful shops & restaurants. You will make many wonderful memories at Ocean Blue.

At this peaceful and centrally-located suite tucked behind a 1930’s home up a little hill, you will be close to everything important. Walk 1/5 of a mile to Old Town, where you may visit The Port of Siuslaw, many well known restaurants, art galleries and shops. Hwy 101 is a couple blocks away where our famous Pono Hukilau Restaurant is located. Walk a wee bit further to Exploding Whale Park and enjoy sitting on the river’s beach for a picnic or take a short drive to Heceta Beach for the day.

Cozy, functional, convenient space to recharge and regroup on your journey! This is a SMALL unit attached to our garage - humble, but includes all the necessities. Washer & dryer, shower, a kitchenette, & of course TV and Wi-Fi make this space a perfect home base. Enjoy the inviting outdoor relaxation space on property, or head over to the beach which is only 3 minutes away by car. The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

The Purple House

This cozy special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just a short drive and you can be in Old Town Florence, at the casino, (2) golf courses and various beach selections. The Purple House is in a residential community so generally a quiet stay. The house stands out in a crowd and is easy to find. Off street, designated, parking!! (There is additional parking on the street if needed.) The apartment sleeps (4) but space is most comfortable for (2) guests.

With the ocean, lakes, river, sand dunes and lush environment there's good reason that Florence is called "Oregon's Coastal Playground!" Need a separate workspace? We've got that too.

Country Studio Retreat

Beautiful studio in the country, located within 7 miles to the beach, very close to the Salmon River, 5 miles from Lincoln City. Private entrance with full kitchen, utensils, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, private deck with seating, queen bed, electric fireplace, full bath, reclining loveseat. Fresh eggs may be purchased from main house upon request. No dogs or cats allowed, Highly Allergic and livestock on property

(Our condo is next door to the public beach access at “Nye Beach Turnaround”. closer than any other building in the area).
