There is one flight of stairs to get to the main level with gourmet kitchen, Opening to the living room with one of the 4 decks which this one has water views. there are also 2 dens on this floor. The next flight of stairs takes you up to The master suite, two bedrooms, and laundry room are located on the third floor.
