WALK to Batesville’s Community & Aquatic Center or Riverside Park using the trail system adjacent to the home. White River Health hospital is just across the street should you need that convenience for work or visiting. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).
