There is a wood fire & heaters. The shed is 80+ metres away from the 1880s farmhouse where we live & so you are far enough way to feel that you have the property to yourselves. There are dogs, alpacas, sheep. A wonderful farm stay property, a walk away into Robertson or a very short drive. @watershedrobertson

Nelson’s Oasis by the beach 5 star location

A very popular Air B and B located on Nelson Beach. 3 min drive to Coles and local shops including Phoebe’s Kitchen. Unfortunately not suitable for children. No pets. You will find yourself in a property which backs onto a nature reserve, home to lots of birds, kangaroos, and the occasional echidna. Enjoy the spacious backyard including a great fire pit! While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
