The beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe, Lee, Combe Martin and Westward Ho! are all within a thirty minute drive. The magic of Exmoor National Park will also be right on your doorstep, with it's villages untouched by time, ancient woodlands, and miles of crowd free walking.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Woolstone Cottage is situated in the hillside village of Ashford with views over The River Taw. It is a 10 minute walk from The Tarka Trail with traffic free cycling, walking and running alongside the river. The trail connects to the market town of Barnstaple and the village of Braunton with its surf shops and cafes. The Heanton Court Inn is within walking distance along the trail. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of golden sands and surf.

Recycling bins are outside to the side of the large black dustbins . Separate containers for paper/cardboard. Glass and plastic.
