The Den is a self contained studio attached to Pudding Bag Cottage set in the beautiful village of Exton. We have 14 miles of parkland to walk round, you can walk to the wonderful Hambleton Bakery through the park for your morning coffee and pastry or if you are feeling energetic the beautiful Rutland Water is 5 mins away where you can hire bikes and cycle round the lake which is 23 miles including the peninsula or 17 miles excluding the peninsula. Church House Hut is a stunning, luxurious bespoke 18’ shepherd’s hut situated in a unique spot on the borders of Rutland, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. The vista from the front of the self-catering hut offers breath taking countryside views as far as the eye can see. From the back window, you remember that you are situated in a very special garden belonging to an 18th century church. Please note: This property is not suitable for children or infants due to safety and design considerations.

Free parking and private entrance through a gate at the back of the house. Extra amenities include - travel cot, blankets and dog bed and bowls.

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.
